Dr. Diane has served as an expert witness and forensic consultant in many legal matters throughout the U.S. and Canada. She provides clear and concise expert reports and testimony for judges, attorneys, insurance companies and government agencies.

Dr. Diane specializes in Traumatic Brain Injury, Sports Psychology, Performing Arts Psychology and Health Psychology. She is a leading expert in the field of neuropsychology and is the author of Coping with Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: A Guide to Living with the Challenges Associated with Concussion/Brain Injury, which has received acclaim as one of the best and most comprehensive guides to understanding brain injury.  

Prior to becoming a psychologist and neuropsychologist, Dr. Diane was trained as a cost accountant and taught cost accounting in Massachusetts at Stonehill College, Fisher College and Chamberlain College. Also, she was a Special Needs Auditor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and helped in writing the Special Needs Public Law 94-142. With this background, she has combined her skills to provide a cost analysis of both injuries sustained and treatment needed for recovery.
